Our mission is to provide you a full-fledged service from the start and through the lifetime of your stay in Bulgaria. Here is what you can expect from us:

Company registration
- We will prepare every document in two languages (Bulgarian and English), apply for the company incorporation in the Trade register and obtain a VAT and VIES number. All taxes paid in Bulgaria are included in our price.

Bank accounts opening
- We will open two bank accounts for you - capital raising and paying - with one of our trusted partner banks, obtain online banking and a debit card for each account (BGN and EUR currencies).

Residency card
- We will take care of obtaining a Bulgarian residency card for you. This is possible if you have a rental contract in Bulgaria. You can rent an apartment or we can take care of it (see the next step).

Address registration
- Many clients are often traveling and prefer to rent an apartment in Bulgaria just for the time they're here, but they still need a permanent address to get the residency. For a price as low as 70€/month we can provide a residency address.

Tax residency certificate
- The second step after obtaining the residency card is obtaining the tax residency certificate, which will make you a payer of personal taxes ONLY in Bulgaria. The timeframe for obtaining the certificate is between 3 and 6 months from the start of the procedure.

Accounting support
- We will fully assist you with the accounting support of the your future company as we have an accounting partner company which acts as our internal accounting department. You can expect full assistance on monthly accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and VAT compliance.

Legal services
- Behind our service there is Innovires, an extremely experienced and reliable law firm. Our mission is to take care of everything so that you can solely focus on your business, so our contact center is always at your disposal in case you need any extra service.

A centralized app
- From day one you will have access to our app to handle your business operations. You will be able to connect your bank account in order to synchronize the statements and to upload your invoices, ensuring a smooth process with our accounting department.
